Security Warning – Need to Renew SSL

    Hello,

    We’ve been receiving security warnings to our WordPress site and it seems that the SSL certificate via Let’s Encrypt did not auto-renew. What next steps do we need to take to get the site back up and running ASAP, or is there someone else we need to reach out to for this.

    Hi there,

    Of which site are you speaking? None of the sites in your WordPress.com account has been updated since 2010, and the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has not been accessed in two years.

    The SSL certificates on all sites in your account are fine. We automatically keep SSL certificates for all WordPress.com sites up to date.

    If you’re referring to a site hosted somewhere else, please contact that hosting provider directly for help. We can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.

    Hello, thanks for your response. We have a different account in addition that was the one in question, but didn’t realize I had logged in under this one. We have figured out the fix.
