Security – Website hacked

  Hi,

  I write to you because tonight, I discovered that my website was hacked and it’s impossible for me to have an access on my account and my dashboard.
  I cannot download my website on Filezilla to remove the trojan or the malware and i don’t have any backup.

  So I need your help to fix the problem because I pay for my website and i need it for my job.

  Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by OVH. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
