see only number and letters instead of photos

  Hello,
  when I download my photos, I do only see numbers and letters instead of the photos. Despite this in the official blog they appear well. What do I have to do ?

  Are you talking about in the editor that you are seeing only letters and numbers?

  When you say “when I download my photos” do you mean download them from your blog to your computer?

  If so, could you accidentally be trying to open them with a text editor and not an image editor?
