Sela theme front page widgets

    Hello. I am still fairly new to wordpress but have been able to work with some templates with minimum assistance. With this theme I cannot get the widgets on the front page to display as text or image. Nothing seems to work. I have read the instructions over and over to see if I am doing something wrong but apparently I am not. Can someone please help me get these widgets to display as it does on the demo? Many thanks in advance.

    With this theme I cannot get the widgets on the front page to display as text or image. Nothing seems to work.

    The front page widget areas only display on a page which has the Front Page template assigned to it at Page Attributes > Template. Note that assigning a Front Page template to your front page will also have the effect of adding an overlay, containing the page title and content, as seen in the Sela demo.
