Select Files Button Not Working for Multiple Photo Upload on iPhone

  Every time I go to upload photos to my blog from my iPhone, I cannot tap the ‘select files’ button to access my photo library to upload photos. I can only use the one photo at a time upload. Extremely frustrating. Solutions??

  Hi there,

  Are you using the block editor in the app? If so, uploading multiple photos at the same time is not currently possible in that editor – you’ll need to switch back to the classic editor instead to have that ability.

  I do not use the block editor I use the classic editor. I am running into this issue when I use my iPhone through the safari browser when editing my blog.

  Thanks, could you send a bit more information? If you use Chrome or Firefox in the same scenario does that resolve the issue or is it pretty consistent regardless of browser? Also, what version of iOS are you running?

  I haven’t tried chrome or Firefox on my iPhone and I’m operating iOS 13.4.1. However I just checked again on my browser dashboard of my blog and now the multiple photo uploaded is working. I’m happy it’s working but worried it’ll change back at some point.
