Self host my wordpress blog

  Hello,
  a few days ago, we have created our blog, naturepharm.wordpress.com. Since we own an eshop and we already have our own domain (www.naturepharm.gr) we would like to include our existing blog to a subdomain, under our domain name. So the URL would have to change from //naturepharm.wordpress.com to something like //blog.naturepharm.gr.
  We would appreciate your advice, on which is the best way to do that. Since our blog is new, it is not important for us to re-create the few posts. What is important to know is that if we install the blog under our subdomain, would we be able to use the addons and management tools available on the existing wordpress.com blog?
  And also, do we have to download the latest version and install it in our subdomain?
  Being in our subdomain, would we be able to use the available upgrades, like Custom design, Video press etc?
