Self-hosted multi-site network not loading site correctly after path changed

I have two sites :
one is the main site of the network: one2box.com
another is a child site with the path : one2box.com/ishop
The child site had run perfectly, until :

After I attempted to change the path of “ishop” in the “Network” dashboard, I was unable to visit the child site with the new path and it incorrectly shows the content of my main site.
Which means the URL is shown as: https://one2box.com/NEW_PATH, while the content displayed is actually from https://one2box.com/.
Even though I changed the path back to the original name, the page is still not loaded correctly.
I also tried to access the dashboard of the child site but it was actually loading the dashboard of the main site (although the URL is shown correctly).

I tried to clear all the server and browser cache but nothing happened.

I have enabled mod_rewrite and the .htaccess file should be correctly configured because my other child sites are running correctly.

Any advise?

This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
