Self-hosted wordpress now telling me my wordpress.com site is missing?

I have a self-hosted wordpress at mamaplusone.com, however now when that domain is typed in or someone tries to visit it, it says there is no mamaplusone.wordpress.com… my site is entirely missing. How do I fix this?

UPDATE: Okay, it appears my mamaplusone.com domain registration that I bought through wordpress somehow expired. I’d like to renew, but it isn’t giving me that option, so for now, my site is down. I need someone from staff to help me so I can renew it and get back on the road… I could seriously cry right now.

Hey there,
I checked with the registrar and mamaplusone.com is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.
Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

Yes. I would like to proceed, but I want to use a different credit card than the one that is on my account currently. Please let me know how to proceed with this– it’s very important that I get this fixed.
In fairness, I did have autorenew, and had even returned to the site to update my card when I got new banking information, but somehow it did not save because when I returned after my issues started with my site not working, it was back to the old information.
Please let me know how to proceed at getting this domain back– I’m willing to pay the late fee and domain charge, no problem.
