Hello, I’ve just signed up to HostPapa so that I can self-host my wordpress blog Mummy Tries. It is telling me to log into phpMyAdmin but I can’t see how to do this. Can you please advise? Many thanks :-)

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, it sounds like your new site is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
