    Hello, I recently purchase Semplice for Word Press for my UX portfolio. The Semplice website says you do not need a special word press account to use my Semplice. Can you please assist me with getting the Semplice zip file attached to my account? Thank you

    Hi there,

    To be able to use Semplice on WordPress.com, you’ll have to upgrade to our Pro plan. You’re currently on the Free plan, which doesn’t allow you to install plugins and third-party themes.
