  Unable to find how to set up the send message button to my email. Looked on YouTube and I don’t have the ‘contact’ tab like the guy instructing the video had.

  You have probably been looking videos for wordpress.org. WordPress.org and wordpress.com are two completely different systems. You find detailed instructions to set up a contact form on a wordpress.com website at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/
