    Hay I need some help or advice on SEO.
    Ive got info posted in Yoast SEO Premium

    But on the bottom in Qode SEO you can post meta key words, meta description

    Should I full in both or just Yoast.

    Because in the page source I can see it come in twice if i do just wonder if that will mess up Google.
