Separate site/domain, same computer

    I’ve been asked to create a website for our umpire organization. The current on is hosted on Weebly. My website was built using WordPress with an MHThemes theme. So, I have the most current form of WP and MHThemes on my computer. Is it possible to create a completely different website on my computer, using WP and a different MHTheme, and not use some plugin to do it?
