Separating accounts

I already have 2 WordPress accounts. I created a new one where I plan to allow several people to add posts. The problem is that my other accounts show up under ‘switch site.’ I don’t want those people to be able to post or make changes on those accounts. How do I have separate them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, contributor, author and editor roles, are per blog/site, and do not apply to the account itself, or other accounts that you may have. They can only do what their particular role dictates on the blog/site that they are added to. They have no access to your accounts or any other blogs that you may have.

The only thing I’ll add is that when you add them, make sure you add them to the correct site, and as mentioned here, https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/, it is never a good ideal to assign anyone the role of Admin since they would have basically the same capabilities as you, as the blog owner would, including the ability to delete the site.
