Separating blog from account?

So this is slightly complicated, but I have my own WordPress that stays logged in. My mother recently asked me to help her set up a blog for marketing purposes. When I went to create the blog I logged out of my account and was under the impression I had started a new account for her, using the email I had set up for that purpose. I was wrong. Now I have a blog connected to my professional email that I have no interest in getting updates about.
The answer is probably no, but is there any way for me to separate that blog I spent hours building from my email address without deleting the whole thing and starting over?

Based on what you have described, the best solution would be to transfer ownership of your mother’s blog to her own account using these instructions:
