Seperate a new blog from my first one

  Hi,

  I purchased the domain http://www.tentilthree.com and want to install a blog on this site and I want it to be seperate from my own blog since another user should have access to it.
  Could you please tell me how to seperate these two blogs from each other?

  You can give another user/contributor access to one of your blogs without giving them access to any others.

  Hi Josh,

  thanks for your help!
  I think I have 2 problems:

  1. I registered http://www.tentilthree.com over wordpress and the blog http://www.tentilthree.wordpress.com. Unfortunately i ordered both separately where one domain would have been included in the purchase of the blog. I want to put the blog on http://www.tentilthree.com but can’t find out how to do that.

  2. My second problem is, that I want to invite one person as an administrator for tentilthree only. At the moment it looks to me like this would also be an administrator for the other 2 blogs I have. Is that correct?

  1. I can help you with this. But just so I am clear, you’d like http://www.tentilthree.com to point to tentilthree.wordpress.com and for it to be the free included domain as part of WordPress.com Premium on tentilthree.wordpress.com?

  2. They should only be an admin on whatever blog you invited them for. If they are added as an administrator for all of your blogs after only being invited to one, please let me know right away.

  1. Yes, that’s it! I would like tentilthree.com the included, free domain and the blog sitting in that domain. Could you do that for me? That would be great!

  2. I will check with my friend. I thought she could access all areas but will ask her and if so I would like to get back to you.

  Okay, you should be set now. I’ve got tentilthree.com pointing at tentilthree.wordpress.com, is part of the WordPress.com Premium upgrade for tentilthree.wordpress.com and I have refunded the extra payment for registration of tentilthree.com.

  I hope that made sense. I just re-read it and it sounded like I was repeating tentilthree.com and tentilthree.wordpress.com a lot!
