Our website gt hacked before, and we have restored from the backup. It has been running ok for a few months, until this happens again.
What I’ve done:
– deactivate plugins
– replace wp-admin and wp-includes folder
– checking malicious code with Sucuri and Wordfence
– Force clear cache, server cache as wellBut all this do not works. everything I have done will revert back to previous versions, including my settings and plugins.
Kindly assist, thanks.

Hi there,
The site nexusmediacorp.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on an outside web hosting company via Cloudflare DNS, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/nexusmediacorp.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and other hosting companies also happen to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
