    I was banned from Wordpess for reasons I did not know – because they did not give me ANY specifics so I started digging and found that a hacker had taken over my blog. I have seen quite a few other clients of yours that had the same thing happen. I now know that WordPress is NOT a SECURE SITE and I plan to take this to the highest level of WordPress as well as online media and forums.
    Be ready for a “dual” because I am a well educated (Harvard) with a master’s degree in an area that I will not divulge but it is very close to what I am experiencing here. You will be in touch with my husband – who also happens to be a Harvard graduate (he’s 55 today). We are not afraid to stand up for something that we feel is wrong or “bullying”. That is for grade school – there is no place for that in the business arena.
    **FOR ANYONE READING THIS…BUYERS BEWARE…THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY WHETHER YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF A COMPANY THAT BANS YOU FOR REASONS THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT IS NOT SOMETHING WORTHY OF EXPLAINING. I HAD TO FIND OUT FOR MYSELF AND I WAS HACKED INTO – I HAVE 168 PAGES OF DOCUMENTATION THAT SHOWS EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE TO ME AND MY WORDPRESS SITE. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY – THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO MAKE MY COMPANY THE BAD GUY WHEN WE DID ALL THE RIGHT THINGS – IT WAS WORDPRESS THAT DIDN’T FOLLOW UP ON SOMETHING THAT DIDN’T LOOK RIGHT. SHAME ON WORDPESS AND LET’S JUST HOPE YOU DON’T EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

    This has been resolved. Thank you to whomever it was that was kind enough to take care of me. I was given an attachment that shows other hosting places I can go to if I choose – and I do appreciate the fact that it was given to me in good faith. I do want you to know even though I think you did not follow through on this issue, you did what you thought you had to do – without thinking we were dealing with a hacker. It would have taken you just as long and most likely not worth WordPress’ time or effort to dig so diligently like I did. I want bloggers to know if they get banned like I did and they know they did nothing wrong and you followed their blogging policies, do not give up. Keep digging and you may just end up finding what I found after 7 hours of going deeper and deeper within the code. These hackers just love it when someone finds their little messages at the end – it’s like a game to them. It is definitely NOT a game for me nor is it for WordPress, I did not deserve to be banned without knowing why. Now that WordPress and other bloggers know – I hope in the future you will look a bit deeper before just banning someone and not even giving them the reason. That just was not fair.
    I would appreciate any follow-ups if that is ok with WordPress.
