Server error 500 and changeset_post_save_failure

    H,
    I have been getting the above error messages when i to update anything from my footer and header widgets, adding new pages or editing existing page titles.
    Furthermore, i can no longer upload files to my media.
    Kindly assist me in resolving the aforementioned issues.
