Server Info Could not instantiate mail function.

    prayaanfest.org
    is using gmail SMTP for email sending
    in the email log emails are stated as sent status
    but unable to receive the emails at delivery
    also the test email is showing error as not instantiate mail function.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi prayaanfest,

    prayaanfest.org as created with WordPress.org software and hosted by a third party company (rather than WordPress.com):

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend contacting your host and asking them to check whether the emails are being sent correctly from their servers.
