  I bought a domain name trying to host it with wordpress but the service is denying me the access

  What error do you see, and where exactly? If you registered the domain elsewhere and you’d like to use it on a site hosted with WordPress.com, you’ll need to purchase one of our paid plans and connect the domain as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/.
