  want to transfer a domain from another website, can you please help how can I change it

  Regarding your question, in order to use a custom domain, whether by mapping or by transferring a domain to WordPress.com, you need to start with registering a free WordPress.com website and then buy an upgrade plan.

  Once you’ve registered a free website, you can start the domain transfer process from your old registrar by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Please note that if your domain was registered less than 60 days ago, you won’t be able to transfer it until that ICANN imposed time limit has passed. You can still use your domain in the meantime by mapping it instead: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
