Session expiration login does not work

  While writing a new post, I get prompted “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.”. After entering my credentials, the prompt closes and appears instantly again. I’ve tried both enabling “Remember me” and leaving it unchecked but none of the both works. How can I proceed editing my blog post without losing the data I already entered?

  Seems to be a bug because in another tab of my browser, I can continue editing my post. Can you fix it?

  Sounds like a bad cookie. Try logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache and cookies and then close your browser. Reopen and log back in.

  Well, I just opened my blog in another tab and there I had all my post (no data loss) and could edit it. Thank you very much!

  While that may seem OK, it also seems that editing the same post in different browser tabs can cause its own share of troubles. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/post-went-missing?replies=17#post-1334090

  I’d still try my original suggestion, if you haven’t done so.
