  My account was hacked. Im no longer getting emails and I need to allow my hosting to check it. I need to set an mx record. How do I change this? What is there no WordPress support?

  Hi there,

  Your account has not been hacked. You’re not getting emails any more because your domain expired in March, and has since been deleted.

  gabychung.com is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Once the domain is restored, your email should come back online as well.
