Set Back to Premium Plan

I upgraded our premium plan to the business plan prematurely. Can you please set our account back to the premium account give we made payment of $99 in July for that plan? When I canceled the Business Plan, the system put us back to the ‘free’ wordpress site features.

I see after you posted this thread you’ve gone ahead and purchased a new Business Plan, so I please need you to confirm if you still want me to downgrade your account.

Hi – No, please don’t downgrade. The organization approved for the upgrade from Premium to Business (after I downgraded), however, I think the billing still needs to be corrected. I believe a refund of $99 is due from WordPress because when I downgraded and then upgraded again, the site charged me $299 vs. the $200 when I originally upgraded.

Thanks for confirming. We need to refund you $99, yes. I just wanted to confirm you have the right upgrade on your account before processing that.
I’ve now processed the refund for the original Premium payment, and you should receive it in about ten business days.
