Set Product Image/Featured Image not getting updated

    When I select ‘Set Product Image’ on edit product page, this opens up. But the image selected is an image that I deleted (which is still showing up as a grey box for some reason). I need to select the 2nd image and when I set that or any other image, it goes back to

    How do I fix this?
