set up a payment gateway

  We’d like to set up a credit card donation on the tcnwblog.org. Unlike regular wordpress.org, we could install the plugins to achieve the purposes. Please let us know how we can have the desired plugins (or other means) enabled at tcnwblog.org to build a payment gateway for credit cards (and/or) paypal.

  That is not a WordPress.org site. It is a WordPress.com site. You cannot, therefore, use plugins. You can use a Paypal Donate button. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
