  I can help! The first thing you’ll need to do before registering a custom domain is to upgrade your account to the personal plan. Those details are at https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  After the plan is added you’ll be able to add a domain. Click on:

  My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New
