Setting Main Product Images

  Hello, my WordPress refuses to load and display the Main Product Image when creating new products listings. It is loading images into the ‘Product Gallery’ but won’t set a Main Product Image, Also, when I attempt to set an image that I have already uploaded, it isn’t showing any images for ‘All Dates’ and I have to go into a Monthly folder to select an image. Can this be fixed as I can’t do business and sell products without a Main Product Image.   Are you using WooCommerce on your site? If so, and if you have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  Yes I am using WooCommerce but unfortunately, it has nothing to do with WooCommerce. The issue is with the WordPress Media Gallery. I’ve disabled plugins and even tried to use different Themes but no matter what I do it won’t set a Main Product Image. Also, when I attempt to set an image that I have already uploaded, it isn’t showing any images for ‘All Dates’ and I have to go into a Monthly folder to select an image. The images are loaded from the Media Gallery which still exists even if I don’t have WooCommerce installed so it can’t be anything to with WooCommerce and everything to with the WordPress Media Gallery.

  Ok, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
