Setting up a different blog

  I don’t have a problem, just a few questions. I already have a blog for my brother (http://dlip.wordpress.com) now I’d like to set up a whole different blog with another hotmail address for someone else. Can I do that? Are there any complications? Also can I set it up as a limited access blog and then open it to the public?

  Just be sure to log out of your current account before you do so! :-)
