Setting up annual plan

    I am trying to set up an annual plan, but the transaction keeps getting declined even though I know there is money on my card. Any help or do I just need to try another card? Again, I know there is money on this card. Strange.

  • Hey there! I can confirm nothing is wrong on this side of things.

    Sometimes card companies will not allow an online purchase (especially of services) unless you call them to tell them it’s intentional. Can you try that?
