setting up my blogs
-
I have recently set up four blogs. One for me and my husband and one each for my three children. The children need theirs for schooling reasons. I am happy with my blog: donkinsontour.wordpress.com. We have the correct e-mail address and a title on the blog which is: “DONKINS ON TOUR
THE DONKINS FAMILY ADVENTURE EXPLORING EUROPE 2015″When I set up two of my children, I was able to create new site, complete with e-mail addresses and passwords. I was also asked to activate these sites before we could post. However I do not know how to put a title on this blog – it is defaulting to their user names:
satinedonkin.wordpress.com
trinitydonkin.wordpress.com.When I went to generate my sons blog, I couldn’t follow the same process as I did for the girls, although I did the same thing, in fact I did the same thing 4 times and couldn’t get the same start page. So I used a different process and have managed to set up a blog with a great title, but somehow it has been linked to my blog so therefore doesn’t have its own e-mail and password and I wasn’t asked to activate the account. How do I change this? When I go to his dashboard, I get taken to mine?

trinitydonkin.wordpress.com.It’s been a while since I created a new account so I don’t remember the options. It seems that I evidently had a website musicdoc1.wordpress.com at some point, but eventually deleted it. I wouldn’t recommend that you do the same. You may either use those websites and give them titles at Settings > General, or create new websites/blogs in each of those accounts with different URLs.
Add a title to Satine’s blog https://satinedonkin.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

If you are logged into your account as you sign up (register) for a new website, WordPress presumes that you intend to create a new website on the account you’re logged into. You might see “Welcome back donkinsnz” at the top of the sign up page.
How do I change this?

Thank you! All sorted, changing the titles for the girls turned out to be easy. Set up Christian as a new user and transferred the blog to him. Thanks so much for the help.
