Setting up my site

Hi there – I set up my WordPress site a couple of months ago and uploaded my theme (that’s as far as I got) – I haven’t touched the site in about 4 months. I’ve come to start working on it and my whole WordPress admin panel is off… I can’t download new plugins, I’m having issues with the theme, It’s just a bit of a mess. Is there a way for me to totally reset my WordPress site? I haven’t uploaded anything other than the theme itself, so I don’t care about loosing anything – super stuck here! Thanks so much in advance!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
