    I wanted to purchase the free 14 -day trial $299 business upgrade and have a custom domain that does not include the word “wordpress” in my domain. please could someone help me.

    Hi there!

    It looks like you’ve successfully done both of these things, except that your domain is not fully set up.

    It looks like the domain name heartgiftsofhope.com was registered through GoDaddy. And the nameservers for this domain are:

    ns13.domaincontrol.com
    ns14.domaincontrol.com

    http://who.is/whois/heartgiftsofhope.com

    In order for the domain heartgiftsofhope.com to direct to your blog heartgiftsofhope.wordpress.com, you’ll need to change your nameservers to the following:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Here’s a guide on changing your name servers through GoDaddy. Just select Setting Nameservers for a Domain Name Registered with Us:

    Please note that since the domain is part of the Business plan, your Domain Mapping upgrade will be cancelled with the plan at the end of the trial period.
