Setting Up New Super Admin

  Our administrator left our company and we cannot access our Super Admin to change the address ion our website as we only have a normal log in.

  What can we do

  That site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers but is hosted by
  microsoftonline.com. If your site is using the WordPress.org software then you can register an account and ask for advice at: https://wordpress.org/support/
