Setting up new web site for digital download sales

I am creating a new web site that I will be linking to my YouTube channel as well as selling digital downloads from. I am wondering if WordPress will meet my needs. I see you offer many plan options. I have purchased my domain name from another provider for a year already and I have setup my YouTube channel, but that is as far as I have gotten. I have electronic files that I would like to sell to people and know there are plugin options WordPress offers. Is that another subscription I would have to purchase from another company as well? I am new to this and could use some assistance getting things setup. Like I said I am not sure which plan or what options I really need. Any help would be appreciated.

What I recommend is using the WooCommerce plugin. It’s a powerful plugin with many add-ons to fully customize it. You can read more here:
To get started, you’ll need to purchase the Business or eCommerce plan. Everything is included in those plans (hosting, support, ability to install plugins, and much more).
