setting up site

  My URL is linked to wordpress, and I am not able to set up my website. When I select ‘use a domain I own’ is says kjuneandstella.com is already connected to a WordPress.com site. How do I access that site? I confirmed my email address, etc on June 1, 2022. The ‘my site’ button in my WordPress account tells me I do not have any sites.

  That’s not working for me. It’s like I’m in this “loop” I cannot get out of. Can’t use the domain I already own because it says it’s already connected to a WordPress.com site.

  Ah I see the issue. I do not see any upgrades under your @kjunenstella WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that kjuneandstella.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @kjunenstella login. instead it is under a login with a different spelling, so possibly you created this account to correct that spelling error, and instead ended up with a second account that is not connected to your domain.

  If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  With that info our account recovery team will be able to connect you to your other account, so you can manage kjuneandstella.com directly
