  Could anyone suggest how to make a login to my website which uses wordpress

  That’s not really possible here at WordPress.com.

  You might consider making your site private and then adding particular WordPress.com users to your access list:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  You can also add users to your site, and assign them roles for managing the site.

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  Otherwise, you might want to look into using the self-hosted WordPress software, available at http://WordPress.org, to build your site.
