setting up Zoho Mail

  Hello, I am trying to follow the steps from your help article https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/.
  However, when I get to Step 7: Select name servers and DNS, the WordPress website does not have the same options at the screenshot on your help article. I can click on DNS Zone Editor: Manage DNS but then there is nothing related to Zoho and there is definitely no button like in Step 8 of your article saying ‘zoho mail’. It all looks much more complicated that your help article.

  Can you please help me link my zoho account to wordpress?

  Hi there,

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  Those instructions only apply to sites hosted on WordPress.com, with a custom domain registered with us, or mapped to us via name servers.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, you’ll need to add the required DNS records to your domain’s DNS at that host, as they’ll be controlling that, not us.

  I figured it out, thank you. I needed to add the dns record like you said. Thanks!
