  Are you referring to the site you’ve linked to morethantrain.wordpress.com? If so, it is online and visible; latest post from today, May 11th (“Comenzó la lucha por la “Maglia rosa” este viernes en Irlanda”).

  If not that site, please give us the URL.

  Does that mean you want to change your username or display name? If yes then see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/

  If you are having trouble accessing the settings page at https://wordpress.com/settings/account/ please let us know what browser and version you are using.

  Regardless, all of that can also be done through the Dashboard > Users>My Profile as tt mentioned above.
