Settings not loading

  I am trying to change the settings for my account. Whenever i click on the link (http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/) it just takes me the main page but with a white box in the middle of the screen. I can’t see my settings anywhere.

  I have tried clearing the cache and using both Chrome and IE8. I deleted my blog yesterday and think this might have something to do with it.
