settings: sidebar won’t allow font change

  • Unknown's avatar

I have been posting on my blog for over a year without problem, and I opened it last night to put in a new post. I always increase the size of the font to medium using the sidebar; it is a snap to do, and it helps old eyes. Last night (and now) it refused to let me do that. I can’t change the font size at all. Now what?

  • Hi there,

The site anthrobyxaren.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/anthrobyxaren.com+dns

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

Hope that points you in the right direction!
