  Hello everyone,

  I am needing help knowing if I start developing my website, and get a business plan with the free URL, can I simply change the URL to a paid URL without having to to pay for a business plan again or redoing the website from scratch? The reason being is I want to make sure my website is ready before I switch from my own domain.
