Shaded/dark screen after media upload/insert

    Hello –

    Whenever I attempt to add, upload, or insert media to a post the pop-up window w/ shaded background appears, but when I exit the media window or complete my task the shaded/dark background remains and I can no longer use/access wordpress. Though the media shows as uploaded onto the project, when I refresh the page it is gone. I have tried on multiple computers with the same problem. Is it a plugin? A temporary WordPress bug?? PLEASE HELP!! Thanks

    I do not see any sites under your @bonaccim1 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
