Shadow-banned

  I had a new account (KC-Sunbeam) and I was regularly getting views, likes, and subscribers.
  Then everything suddenly stopped and went dead for over 10 days. How could that not be a shadow ban? The odds are so against it.

  Your site is up and running so wordpress.com hasn’t banned you. Your site has been indexed by Goofle, so Google hasn’t banned you.

  I know I’m not banned. I’m saying shadow-banned. It’ a tactic where hosts keep your site or videos up so they don’t look like the bad guy, but they tamper with the algorithms, so that you rarely get any site visits or video views.

  After my Russell’s teapot post, everything stopped.

  Thanks for responding. I did notice that I got some more views to newer posts, so I trust what you’re saying.

  But here’s something important: Now I have many transcripts in my archives on numerous subjects. But one subject I’ve avoided posting to WP is politics. Though I’ve never advocated violence, I favor the American Nazi Party. I have been banned from video sites on account of this, unfriended from Facebook for my National-Socialist Germany flag, etc.

  I would like to add political posts to WP, but if this would get me banned, it’s not worth it. I would want to keep up the other types of posts, and not lose that. To me, Capitalism & Communism represent hate, certainly not NS. But most people are ingrained in what they believe, which is often based on fictional movies.

  So if that’s the case her, please warn me now so I won’t type political posts to WP, and will focus more on my other material.
