  I want to introduce the “share this” button under each post, but according to instructions, to place this in the “plugin” I can’t do it because there is no plugin in the dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s right; there are no plugins on WordPress.com blogs. They are for wordpress.ORG blogs.

  Your sharing options are built in. They are on the dashboard Settings->Sharing page.
