Sharing button keeps reappearing

I always uncheck the ‘Show likes’ and ‘Show sharing buttons’ when posting. But I recently noticed that after a post is published, weeks later (or months, I don’t know the exact time) the facebook sharing button just appears by itself. Can somebody advice me why this is happening and how to prevent it?

For example this post. It’s not in English, but you should be able to find the facebook sharing button at the page bottom. I am certain that I removed it when first publishing the post. This happened to almost all my posts. If I manually remove the button again, after some time it will reappear. It has been going on for a while.

If you’d prefer not to have sharing buttons on your posts, you can change the default settings under Settings > Sharing in your dashboard. Next to “Show buttons on” you can uncheck the box next to Posts and Pages to have the sharing buttons turned off by default on new posts and pages you publish.
I’m not sure why the sharing buttons would reappear if you specific disabled them while posting, though. Could you please try opening the post editor and unchecking the “Show sharing buttons” option on that post? Then, if the sharing button reappears on that post, please let me know so we can keep investigating this for you.

Thank you very much for your reply. I turned off sharing in the settings.
I’ll keep an eye on the old posts and see if this happens again…
