sharing plugins between sites

  I’ve connected multiple sites to my WP.com site thru jetpack. The idea was to be able to manage all sites through one admin.
  Is it possible to install plugins installed on one site to my other sites? Or, do I need to enter each site and install all the plugins, manually?
