  My posts are not appearing on my Facebook page event though it shows that I am connected to Facebook. I am not able to change my settings either.

  1) disconnect your blog from Facebook, clear your Facebook Cache, reconnect to Facebook

  2) If that doesn’t work, you can always try doing it manually.
