shifted site to WP.org, any impact on the domain name if .com site is deleted

I recreated my website KnowledgeforImpact.com on wordpress.org and would like to delete the wordpress.com sites. The name of the .com site is “Knowledge for Impact”, though the URL is http://practicalknowledgemanagement.com/. I want to ensure, prior to deleting the .com sites, that the domain name won’t be impacted on http://www.knowledgeforimpact.com, hosted on wordpress.org? Many thanks!
